This is a Big Ben, style 8, sold by Westclox in the "Sweep" Fashion Brite series.  The "Sweep" refers to the seconds hand, which was only available on this style Big Ben.  It has a soft ticking sound and a loud alarm bell. The dial and the entire case is metal.

Features include a Loud/Soft setting for the alarm. 

As you can see from the pictures, the clock is in EXCELLENT condition, throughout. 

The case is 4 3/4" tall.
