problems occur when our clocks are shipped, in spite of our
attempt to package them securely. Our policies below
attempt to mirror these intentions.
SHIPPING
We normally ship our clocks via
United States Postal Service "Ground Advantage" Mail, with
appropriate insurance against loss
or damage. We normally ship within two days of your order.
If you prefer us to ship using a different service or carrier,
please email us immediately after placing your order.
Additional charges may apply.
If your clock arrives damaged,
please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

RETURNS
You may return your alarm clock within 30 days for a refund, no
questions asked. We will deduct only our shipping cost
from your refund, provided that you return the clock in the
condition received. After 30 days, returns are not
