Just before
Westclox introduced the style 9 Big Ben, in 1980, they issued the Big
Ben Futura model. It uses the same movement as the other Big and
Baby Bens of the era. Single wind for both time and alarm.
Sweep second hand. The dial is black and white. The
case is off-white and has yellowed over time. The movement has a
soft tick and medium loud alarm. As you can see from the
pictures, the clock is in GOOD condition. There is a slight
imperfection on the lens, by the number three, as seen in the close-up
picture.
